The role of the fermion character of the electron leading to spin-orbit and spin-laser interactions is discussed depending on the laser intensity and on the incoming electron kinetic energy. The differences between radiative transfer spectra of the electron energy in the relativistic and nonrelativistic regimes are addressed.
