Regular registration is now closed. We will shortly contact all participants.

New registrations before the extended deadline, 25 March:

The deadline for the extended registration is 25th March. You can register by creating a new account from the main page, filling out your information. Your info won't be editable after the deadline.  Since we need to report the booking information to the hotel by 15 March, we will not cover any part of the accommodation of participants registering after the regular deadline and before this new extended deadline. Accommodation for these participants will have to be arranged by the participants themselves. We suggest to contact the hotel directly. 

Payment information:

The registration fee will is 120EUR. The registration fee has to be payed by bank transfer not later than 10th April. This fee includes participation to the conference, social dinner and other minor expenses.

International transfers (the name and address of the bank has been corrected on 10th April, but this should not matter -- use the IBAN and SWIFT code and description as it is given below),

All bank charges have to be covered by the sender. Should you miss to indicate the code in the description, we will not be able to identify the payment! 

You can also specify your full name in the description but that is only essential if someone else pays for you. 

Please note that once we receive the payment, we cannot reimburse the registration fee upon cancellation of participation.

We can provide an official invoice confirming the payment and also a statement which just indicates the receipt of the payment and confirms the participation in the conference (we think the latter should be enough for most purposes).
