Former Post-Doc
feffe

I came for the first time at the LSI Theoretical Spectroscopy group in 2006 for a stage during my PhD. I obtained my PhD Thesis in December 2007 at the University of Modena on Engineering Silicon Nanostructures: theoretical study if the effects of doping with Boron and Phosphorus.

After my PhD, I spent 2 years in Palaiseau as Post-doc. My main research topics were:

  • Electronic and optical properties of silicon nanowires and nanocrystals
  • Graphite-based systems: EEELS and optical absorption
  • Strong correlated systems: V2O3 and V2O5
