Discussion about a training project

I propose to discuss about a training project, on the topic of (guess what) theoretical spectroscopy, having as a main target experimentalist researchers in our (or related) field(s). What I would like in particular to have as an outcome of this discussion are hints, suggestions, ideas about topics, learning paths, tools, as well as volunteers to help me in this project. Ideally we would like to create a day (maximum two days) lecture series for experimentalists, with the twofold objectives of giving the experimentalists an idea of what we (can) do _and_ convince them that collaborations through the ETSF user projects scheme is an envisageable and useful thing.
